Winston Churchill said: “He who fails to plan is planning to fail.” This is great advice for business owners: Business planning is critical for business success.
Most people only do a proper business plan when they start up, often just to help persuade the bank to lend them money. But I think it is important to revisit your plans at least every 2 to 3 years to make sure they are still relevant, and to make sure your business and personal goals are still aligned.
Goalsetting is an integral part of the income and share ownership planning (ISOP) process. It is impossible for us to properly advise clients on how to go forward with their business, for example setting targets, without having a clear understanding of this at the outset.””
The first ever National Business Planning Week runs from 11th to 17th February. In support of this, K&H has invited Erkan Ali to come and give a presentation to some of K&H’s clients, contacts and team members.
Erkan is an experienced business coach who specialises in helping the owners of successful businesses to create a clear vision of where they want to be so that they can plan for the future, for themselves and their business.
This will be a very informal presentation, at K&H’s offices in Theale, on Monday 25th February 2.00 ~ 4.00pm.
We have a handful of places left so if you’d like to attend, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0118 923 5800 as soon as possible. There is no charge for this presentation.
