Everyone seems so busy at this time of the year that it’s good to have an excuse for a little celebration. Happily we had an excuse in the office recently, when Poppy Ling completed five years’ service at Kirkpatrick & Hopes. Andrew Gray presented her with flowers and a fistful of dollars to help with her up-coming trip to NYC.
It’s been a good month for Poppy as she has just passed the next stage of her exams, bringing her closer to being fully qualified.
We also welcomed Jennifer Kirby to the team this month. Jennifer joins us from JamesCowper and was with us for a short time in 2010; she rejoins us as a Management Accountant.
You may recall that I mentioned Andrew was in the process of writing a book about succession planning which is titled Do More of what you Love – The New Approach to Business Succession Planning, and I am delighted to say that it is now complete, published and available to buy through Amazon or directly on our website.
There is also a website dedicated to the book and succession planning which you might like to check out: here. The book is about helping the people who run owner-managed businesses, to do more of what they love – in life generally and in their business. Andrew’s book explains exactly how we do this and sets out all the long term planning options you have for your business and for yourself.
